The story started with the character of the young man Abd Rabo who had a job as an irrigation inspector in a small village called Kafr El Sayed. When Abd Rabo was in the train his close friend was with him and through their conversation we will get that Abd Rabo had just broken up and finished unsuccessful love story.
In the train and in his way to Kafr El Sayed Abd Rabo met one of the passenger who was working in Kafr El Sayed and he warned Abd Rabo from the gubernator of this small village who called (our master El Sayed) and he is so unfair furious great man and he controls this village with fire so Abd Rabo was so worried. Finally Ab Rabo arrived and he asked about this ruler but the villagers and everyone told him that he must go to the master and tell him firstly that he arrived. So he did and he found the ruler the same exactly as each one described and he knew that his real name is Fadloon El Dinary and he is so wise and firm man.. He is ruling his country with justice and always uses the words of God and the prophet to rule the village. And whoever break the law so he must be punished with no mercy.. Abd Rabo was so excited with the Character of Fdloon El Dinary and he was always watching him to know the details of his life and write this down in his notes “Kfr El Sayed diary” as well we will know that Abd Rabo had a big dream which is being a great writer and author and that was the secret of his desire to know the details and everything about Fadloon because he found him a legendary character full of exciting details.
We will see as well that Fadlon El Dinary is responsible of a family consist of two sons (Gomaa and Abo El kasem) and two daughter (Badreyya and Wedad) and by the time Abd Rabo arrived there was great celebration because Gomaa the son of Fadlon wedding party and all the men of power in upper Egypt attended this party and the sheriff of the police, they from a near Kafr to Kafr El Sayed which is Kafr Nagaty.. All the police men attended as well and the most enemies of Fadloon attended as well (Ismael and Emara Etwan) he is a broker who was attending the wedding party to evaluate a Pharaonic tomb that Gomaa the son Fadloon discovered in one of the villagers homes.
